December 2013 update: I'm no longer working as a photographer

In 2009, I launched a company that makes business software for photographers, and now that company is so successful that I've regretfully had to put my photography business on hold indefinitely. You can find out more about this change on my blog.

If you're looking for a photographer, I'm still in touch with many amazing photographers and would be delighted to recommend them to you if you contact me.

Vicky & Andrew's wedding at St John's College, Cambridge

Posted in Wedding Photography at 08:58 on 07/09/2009

Vicky & Andrew got married in a Catholic service at St Laurence's Church in Cambridge before moving onto the spectacular St John's College for their wedding reception. It's always a pleasure to photograph weddings at St John's, which is full of beautiful architecture.

The day ended with everyone moving onto Michaelhouse on Trinity Street in Cambridge for the evening entertainment, a Beatles covers band.

Perfect boy's bedroom checklist. Lego: check. Pirate flag: check. Not the usual sort of thing I get to photograph during bridal preparations, but all the more fun because of it.

This building is officially known as New Court, but everyone calls it The Wedding Cake:

It just wouldn't be one of my normal blog posts if I don't include lots of shots from the wedding speeches:
