Claire & Duncan's wedding photographs: Meldreth, Cambridgeshire & South Farm, Hertfordshire

I'm based in Cambridge and a lot of my wedding photography work takes place either in or around Cambridge and Cambridgeshire. Claire & Duncan got married in the Cambridgeshire village of Meldreth - where Claire grew up - and then went onto South Farm in Hertfordshire for their wedding reception.

This was my first wedding at South Farm but I'm going to be going back there at least two more times this year so I was pleased to find it such a lovely venue. The house and gardens at South Farm make for a great wedding reception and the barn they use for the wedding breakfast is remarkably bright as far a barn venues. I couldn't quite work out how to incorporate the rare breed pigs they keep there into my pictures though - it's probably for the best that I wasn't allowed to climb into their enclosure and get up close to them with a wide angle lens!
