I went for a walk along the North Norfolk coast yesterday, with Helen's little Ricoh camera in my pocket. Here are a few little pictures that I saw along the way.
Tyrannosaurus Rex, Iceland
I think I might have spent too long staring at the patterns around the hot mud pools near Myvatn on my recent trip to Iceland, but I can definitely see a ferocious dinosaur in this picture.
Aldeyarfoss, Iceland
Aldeyarfoss was the first truly spectacular waterfall that we visited on our recent trip to Iceland. While some of the more confident climbers in the group headed down closer to the surging waters, I stuck to the top of the cliffs and composed this wide-angle view of the falls.
Dawn at the hot springs near lake Myvatn
The hot springs near lake Myvatn in Iceland are a dramatic sight, but my main memory of this dawn excursion is of the bitterly cold wind that buffeted me as I set this picture up.
Rock pools at Hofsós, Iceland
Today's picture from my recent Iceland trip was taken at Hofsós, on the North coast. I love the contrast between the bright green seaweed and the almost monochromatic rocks and sky.
