December 2013 update: I'm no longer working as a photographer

In 2009, I launched a company that makes business software for photographers, and now that company is so successful that I've regretfully had to put my photography business on hold indefinitely. You can find out more about this change on my blog.

If you're looking for a photographer, I'm still in touch with many amazing photographers and would be delighted to recommend them to you if you contact me.

Gemma & Alex's wedding photos from Longstowe Hall, Cambridgeshire

Posted in Wedding Photography at 14:04 on 29/08/2008

Gemma & Alex's wedding was the first time I've visited Longstowe Hall, a beautiful Elizabethan house near Cambridge. The couple married each other in the intimate main hall before greeting their guests outside for their wedding reception outside before heading into Longstowe Hall's spacious marquee for the wedding breakfast.

Here is a selection of my favourite pictures from the day.

I'm doing a good line in last-minute engagement portrait sessions this year and Gemma & Alex have jumped on the bandwagon with today's session before their wedding on Friday. Here are some of my favourites.

Lizzie & Mihir's wedding photos: day two, The Fennes Estate, Essex

Posted in Wedding Photography at 13:51 on 13/08/2008

The first day of Lizzie & Mihir's wedding, at Emmanuel College, was lovely but the second day was truly spectacular. Lizzie & Mihir traveled down from Cambridge to Braintree along with the guests from Saturday's wedding ceremony to the Fennes Estate where they were joined by even more guests for Sunday's Hindu ceremony. With the total number of guests reaching 350, the atmosphere was incredible.

With so much going on it's been very hard to narrow down the selection of pictures to show you a few favourites, so please do take a look a the full gallery, too.

Lizzie & Mihir's wedding photos: day one, Emmanuel College, Cambridge

Posted in Wedding Photography at 20:14 on 12/08/2008

Lizzie & Mihir's wedding is going to set a new precedent for me, because there are so many great pictures from their two-day wedding that I'm going to have to split them into two separate blog posts.

Day one saw Lizzie & Mihir get married at Emmanuel College in Cambridge. It's a college that I used to know fairly well during my student days, but it's been a while since I've been there so it was good to see that the famous ducks are still roaming freely over Emma's lawns. No prizes for spotting the themed decorations in this selection of my favourite pictures from the day!

The full gallery will follow after I've blogged the second day of Lizzie & Mihir's wedding.
