My blog has been a bit quiet over the last few weeks because I've been away a lot, both for Christmas and because I've been working on a top secret project that will be revealed on here soon.
There'll be some more wedding photos on here soon because I'm photographing what promises to be a great wedding at The Landmark Hotel on Marylebone High St today. In the meantime, I'm going to draw your attention to a talk that my girlfriend Helen Bartlett is going to be presenting at the 2009 SWPP convention in January.
Helen is a fantastically talented children's portraiture photographer and will be presenting a talk titled "Childhood in children's portraiture - myth or reality?". Helen's approach to photographing children is to provide them with real memories of their childhood and in her talk she'll be covering the development of a signature style, activity-based photo shoots and natural light shooting.
Helen's masterclass is being presented at 18:00 on Saturday 17 January 2009. To find out more, visit the SWPP's convention site.
