I am a wedding photographer who works in London, among the top ten in the UK in a recent listing. I photograph weddings as a photojournalist, shooting as the day unfolds to best tell its stories.

How do I get those images which tell stories? I stay close to the action, and from that perspective I can make a more intimate record of your wedding than some London wedding photographers who keep their distance.

My photography is especially focued on people and their relationships, and it is crucial that I work with tact. I have to ensure my presence is unobtrusive to you and your guests, but tact is also essential to getting the best possible pictures, and capturing all the key moments of your wedding.

Light and colour are the critical ingredients of my photojournalistic approach.

If it is at all possible, I avoid flash, which only destroys the atmosphere in wedding photography. I much prefer to use natural light, however little there is available, to get a view of a wedding's special character. In a bright modern hall or a candlelit church, I will always find the light to best reflect your day's unique feel.

To get the best pictures of your wedding, I will draw on all my photographic experience and judgement, preparing a portfolio that combines timeless black & white images, strong on composition, and striking colour ones.
