I am a wedding photographer working in Norfolk, by instinct a photojournalist: I make images that tell stories.

A good deal of wedding photography in Norfolk hangs back from the excitement, but not me. Always discrete, I work among you and your guests, to make a more intimate record of your wedding.

My pictures concentrate on people and relationships, using light and colour to bring these subjects to life. Natural light is especially important, and whether you marry in a candlelit church or a bright, modern venue, I'll use the natural light available to capture the mood of your wedding day rather than overwhelm the photographs with flash.

I will prepare an evocative mixture of black & white and colour images, using composition and lighting in the black & white ones to emphasise the timeless quality of my images, and colour where it emboldens the day's more striking moments.

Getting the most out of your wedding pictures

After the day, and when you have returned from your honeymoon, I offer to prepare a bespoke wedding album, or some clients opt for flexibility in a licenced set of digital files. Whatever your choice, I make it easy for you to get the very best from my work, offering the perfect balance between professional skills and the freedom to use wedding pictures however you like.
