Wedding Portraits

Although my style will be very hands-off throughout the day, most couples want to take advantage of the opportunity to take a set of informal but stunning wedding portraits.

Combining candid documentary photography with portraiture isn't as contradictory as it might sound, because I ensure that they work brilliantly together to build up a complete picture of your wedding day. I work in a quick, informal way that allows us to get through a number of setups very rapidly - you'll be swept along, hardly noticing the time and will be back with your guests and enjoying the reception in as little as 20 minutes. Finding the time to do this pays off with a set of pictures showing a series of private moments away from your guests and family.

This approach to wedding portraits works particularly well if we've had the opportunity to do a pre-wedding shoot. You'll be used to the kind of things that I'll be asking you to do and, just as importantly, you'll have your confidence boosted by having a great set of portraits in advance of your wedding day.
